CONSULTANT REQUIRED
ActionAid Zimbabwe (AAZ) is seeking the services of an experienced Zimbabwe-based consultant(s) to carry out gap analysis research on economic, fiscal and social incentives for sustainable environmental management in the lithium sector in Zimbabwe under the ‘Zimbabwe Accountability and Citizen Engagement’, (ZIMACE) programme.
KEY DELIVERABLES
The specific outputs for the consultancy will be:
• Inception report.
• Draft and final research of no more than 25 pages (excluding annexes)
• Executive summary of not more than 2 Pages with the key findings.
• Soft copy of the report including the data analysis sets.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The consultant or team must have the following experience and skills:
• Master’s degree in environmental protection related studies, economics and finance, development
studies, mining or environmental law, natural resources management and governance or equivalent.
• Experience in research work and dissemination of research findings with similar assignments or related
work.
• Should be able to demonstrate competency and experience of more than 6 years in
the field of interest.
• Extensive understanding and experience of sector-standard approaches to safeguarding and sexual
harassment, exploitation, and abuse (SHEA).

Interested and qualified consultant(s) with relevant experience and skills for this assignment should submit
expression of interest which include the following: a technical proposal; a financial proposal indicating
consultant day rates and anticipated data collection costs (Cost should be inclusive VAT); CVs of consultant(s)
