Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant X2

A local faith based Non-Governmental Organization involved in development, advocacy and humanitarian work seeks to fill the following vacant position:

Job Title: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant X2

Purpose of Position:

To support monitoring and evaluation activities, ensuring project effectiveness and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement M&E plans and tools.
• Collect, analyze, and report project data.
• Conduct field visits and observations.
• Support project evaluation and research studies.
• Provide data-driven insights for project improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in M&E, research, or data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SPSS, or other statistical software.
